Brake vibration

I've had a brake vibration in the rear of my 97 for a while now and I can't get rid of it. I replace the shoes with Wagner Thermo Quiets and put new drums on and it is still acting the same way. I talked with a guy my dad knows who is a ford mechanic and he had me take out he parking brake bar to see if the parking brake was sticking. (Apparently a TSB for this) The brake shimmy is not that bad when the brakes are cold, but when they heat up is when they get bad. Basically bouncing the rear end of the truck. Please help!

I had this same problem with my '97. I bought new drums from Napa and they were a bad batch that they had. I took them back and told them them there was something wrong with them so he gave me another set. They had the same problem. I finally eneded up taking it to a shop to have them look at it. They turned the drums and they were in fact out of round.
