Need some opinions plz!!

SO i got a 2wd 2000 f-150, and i want to get new tires and rims, i do go off road alot but not like the mud stuff where i get stuck, just like grass and dirt and gravel and what not, i cant decide if i should get like 24" rims with tires or get like 20's with off raod tires. I just dont want to look stupid with off raod tires with a 2wd truck. lol. What should i do?

Personally, I'd lift it and go with some 33 or 35 inch tires on some 18 or 20 inch wheels.

There are a lot of lifted 2WD around. Procomp and fabtech both make lifts for 2wd, i believe.

Thanks, I'll have to look into that! Can you convert 2wd to 4wd? sorry if that was a really dumb question.

Yea you could, but it would be cheaper and easer to just buy a 4x4.

You would need a new front suspension, front differential, new transmission and new transfer case for starters along with the electronics. That would probably exceed the value of the truck itself. Then you would have to pay for installation.
It would be much wiser to just lift the 4x2.
