Wheel Fitment. 20x9 4.53 backspacing

Picked up the XD Hoss 20x9 in Bronze w/ 4.53 backspacing. I originally planned to get a lift and thats why I chose these wheels. Money is tight at our company right now and if I needed to put a level kit and tires how would these wheels fit?
Would they stick out too far? Could I fit a decent size tire? or should I just go ahead and get the lift.

Also, whats the best place to buy tires?

what did you plan on doing 6 and 35s?

you can prolly fit 33's with a leveling kit , wont it wont look as good as the 6/35s

i would wait till you have enough cash set aside, 33's and a leveling kit is such a tease , plus you wouldnt have to buy another set of tires if you wanted to lift it later

Yaa, I was going to do 6/35's. I dont have much time to save though. I just got a flat on one of my tires and need to purchase the tires/lift asap for a decently cheap price.

2.5 farther than the OEM 20's? EEK.

If I don't lift it and put tires on is it going to look like a mexican lowrider?

It's not gonna look bad. It just depends on how wide a track you like. Personally, I like the way a 9 inch wheel with 5 or 5.5 inches of bs on the 04-08's.

They look good and work weel, but there is a bunch of trimming needed, depending on the wheel size you go with. The tire size you go with. I am running 305-55-R20's on a 20x9 kmc hoss too with 4.5" BS and a -12mm offset. But because the wheel sticks out so far, there is a bunch of what i call rotational wheel travel (front and back) when you cranck the wheel.

Here is the trimming i had to do... this is on an 09 FX4
