also does anyone know how many miles you can get on mud grapplers?

 

id want 35inch on both... if that matters

 

no more than 30,000 i would think. depends on how far you push them though

 

I'm not entirely sure about the toyo's but I know that you won't get any more than 30k out of the MG's.

 

toyo mt's id say atleast 40-50k

nitto mg's

id expect 25-30k

 

this have been a hot topic, tread life. now it all depends on what you call a junk tire, to me personally, a tire with 1/8" tread is time for replacement, then there's they guys who wear them down to the wear markers. you can get 30k miles outta the grapplers, but that's with regular rotations (every 2500 miles) and proper air pressure. also they are loud, like an airplane is tailgating ya loud. i don't mind it, but that's just me. the toyo muds are a great tire and real popular, they are a hard compound. 40k miles should be easily obtained.

 

for the high price of the toyos they better last awhile. lol

 

haha ok.. well i really like the toyos best... how do they sound on the highway? im sure you can hear them.. haha

 

they ain't real loud, maybe half as loud as grapplers
