Please Help! Rear brakes 2004 F150

I'm standing in my garage with my 2004 f150 (Newer style supercrew 4x4, disc brakes all around) I have one rear wheel off and for some reason I can't figure out how to get the rear caliper and pads off to change them! I have the new pads and rotors, what am I missing?? Help is much appreciated!

Update: I got the pads and caliper off...Now the rotor is stuck. I adjusted the E-brake shoes all the way out, and they still won't budge. Tried heating with propane and penetrating oil for about 20 mins, whacked with heavy hammer and it's not moving. Any ideas?? I'm afraid that the e-brake pads wore too far into the rotor's drum and created a lip of sorts. How do you do it?

get a bigger hammer, and no im not kidding.

the ebrakes dont wear into the metal but a ring of rust forms around the outside of the drum and makes the lip your talking about and prevents you from getting the rotor off. usually adjusting the ebrake will get you enough clearance to only have to wack it for 10-15 mins. you might try alternating between prying with a crowbar and taking a sledgehammer to it.

i know where youve been, just beat the snot out of it.
