33x14.5 R16

Would I have any trouble running a 33x14.5 on a 16x10 4.5 bs and -24 0ffset rim with no lift just the torsion bars raised?

I have a 2003 fx4 i know i can run a 305/70

No, a 14.50 is too wide and won't fit. If you use a 305/70-16 (33x12.50) they will fit by just trimming a little plastic off the front bumper's lower valance.
