pay threw paypal? If so file a claim, they will handle it for you! I hate to har that though. i know how excited i get when I make a big purchase!

I once filed a claim with paypal over an ebay deal gone sour. I kept all of my communication between me and the seller. Gave it all to paypal. It took 5 weeks but I got a FULL refund because they found in my favor.

Paypal helped me get about $200 from a seller who tried to take a bunch of people's money. Give em a shot.
