3'' levelin
3'' levelin
i have a 07 crew cab 4x4 xlt with 6ft bed ive been reading post bout people putting a 2.5 leveling kit on thier f150s and running 35's i just dont see how.i have ordered a 3 inch leveling kit for it i can see maybe 33's if anyone knows anything it would hep alot or maybe some pics.
You may want to rethink that choice. A 3" is generally not too good for the CV angles and ball joints. Also, with an '07 and crew cab a 2" will level your truck and a 2.5" will be slightly nose high looking, if not level. 3" will be too much.
You can fit 35s with a 2.5" level, but there will be rubbing at full lock. x2 on the 3" level, your ball joints will be toast in no time, I would return it and get an AS.
It sucks to buy something then ship it back, but its for your own good, your trucks front suspension would go to hell with the hard stress of the 3" level.
Ive had a 3inch for like 3 years with almost 36000 on mine and I havent had a problem. The angles to me dont seem much different then the 2.5. ive had both, but usually the 3 inch makes your truck bulldog a little. At least it did my screw...
