2004 tires rubbing

I have an 04 with a2.5in autospring leveling kit and the tires are rubbing on the back of the wheel well at nearly full lock and don't rub at full lock. I have moto metal 951's with 4.5 in backspacing and 35 inch tall mud grapplers. Is there a way to make some clearance? Sledgehammer maybe? Nothing too drastic, truck is still under a warranty and I don't want to cut anything else out, I've already trimmed the valance.

Look behind the plastic wheel well liner. You may be able to drill a hole in the plastic line, run a plastic zip tie through it on pull the line back some. Sometimes you can heat the liner and reshape it slightly. It there is metal behind the wheel, you may have to reshape it slightly with a hammer. Ther real problem as you know is that you need different wheel specs to run 35's. Either the oem wheels or an 8 inch wide wheel with 5.5 inches of bs will work.

Common problem, I had to learn the hard way too. The more you stick out in the front with the wheel and tire assy. the more they will rub on the lower wheelwells.
