what rims and tires do you have on your trucks if you have a 6 inch lift

Most members run 35's with a 6 inch lift on the 97-03 4x4's with a 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing. Whether you use 16, 17, 18 or 20 inch wheels is strictly personal preference.

I would run a 35 inch tire on about a ten inch wide wheel. You might have minor rubbing issues if any.
