It's alway's best to check with the lift manufacturer to see what their recomended wheel size is. On a 6" lift you should be OK with the proper backspacing. On a leveled only 4x4 they will probably rub. I'm guessing you're going with a suspension lift.

On a 20x10 wheel I would guess 5 inches of BS would be OK. I would still check with Pro Comp to be safe. Truck ought to look great after it's done. The wheel and tire assembly have to stick out in the front to clear the new suspension component's. By the way a 35x12.5 will fit on a 10" wide wheel.

12.50 is the advertised width, have to look at actual specs of tire to confirm it's actual size. i am running a 20x10 with a 4 5/8" backspace and a 35x12.50 tire. with a rim that wide, the front corner of the valance will have to be trimmed. when i first got my rims and tires put off, i didn't have it trimmed at all and i thought for sure by the time i got home i was gonna have the valance tore off. yes you can run a 5" backspace w/the pro comp
