1999 F-150 Rear Brake Line Gushing - at Y Block above Gas Tank

What is the best way to access this area?

Leak is in the frame above the gas tank, where the y block splits the incoming brake line to feed both wheels

Remove the bed - which I understand is 4-6 torx bolts that may have to be cut free, and remove the tail light wire harness - find 4 friends and grunt it.

Drop the gas tank, disconnect filler tube, slide to side - disconnect fuel lines and wiring?

Cannot see leak but it is really close to the Y block that splits the main feed to both rear calipers. Looks like there are 3 hoses from the y block to steel tubing.

What size tubing is it. Where best to get? etc.

Advice needed

For this situation I would drop the tank. Your gonna need elbow room to work. As for the tube cut out the bad section and take it to the parts store to match up.
