I need suggestions on rim and tire combos!!
Okay I'm in a predicament. I'm gonna be buying a 6" pro comp lift for my truck here in the next week and I'm gonna be buying some rims and tires hopefully sooner rather than later, but anyways. I'm really stuck between the toyo open country m/t's and the bfg km2's. But for rims, I love the rockstars, but I'm thinking of something else now. I'm kind of between the Pro Comp 8188's and the Moto Metal 951's. So tell me what you guys would go with.
I also want to know the best/cheapest place to find the BFG km2's because I'm pretty sure I've found the cheapest toyo's, but can't seem to find a "cheap" price for the km2's.
Thanks,
David

As far as tires, I would say that you can't go wrong with either of your choices. The KM2's will do a little better offroad, if that is a factor to you.
For the wheels, I like the 951's out of the three choices offered.

how many threads do you need to start? do a search and you will find hundreds of pics of wheel and tires combos. 17 inch rims are smallest you can go, all the way up to 30's if the pockets can afford it. there are hundreds of tires to choose from, toyo muds, bfg km2's , mud grapplers. the moto metals and the graps are a hot combo, but if you can't afford to buy tires every 20-30k miles, pass on those. km2 are awesome tires, but they aren't cheap by any means, but you will get your money outta them in treadlife. toyo muds wear great and they are fairly priced. just keep looking, and you will find a combo you like. if you can't find anyone on here with a setup~even though there are 1000's of rim and tire combos. check out fordtruckmagazines.com and cardomain.
