People that dealt with 4WheelParts.

Ok, I've read some horror stories about them. I've noticed that alot of people have had their problems when dealing with the online aspect of shopping at 4WP. I was wondering about how their service was at the actual stores. Could I expect the same problems when dealing with them in person? Or maybe I should just scrap the idea of going to 4WP all together and just go throught one of the smaller shops to order my wheels?

thanks.....

while my wheels were backordered, i have been into the store by me multiple times and this one guy always is very friendly.

i would order them offline, they have pretty good CS. they are prompt on telling you if something is going to be out of stock or backordered when you order it

what wheels do you want?

I was going with the black 18x9 ProComp 7005 wrapped with some BFs or maybe ProComps.

Yeah, I was juggling the XD Revolver and Rockstar along with the 7005, in the end the 7005 just looked too good.
How long ago did you put your order in for your wheels? I'm curious as to what the guy said after you told him about them selling anything.

thanks man

I got my XD Monsters from Tomz Wheels. Great service and no one was able to beat their price. I highly recommend them! Check them out on eBay or

www.tomzwheels.com

Just send them an email or call them for whatever you are looking for.

Yeah, tomzwheels has great prices. I've talked to 4wheelparts, and they will price match them too. Probably going to go that way.

Well I just ordered my wheels and tires at my local 4WP. The guy said that the wheels should be in by the ending of Dec., early Jan,. For tires, I went with some Procomp Xtreme A/T 33".

I have never had a problem with them, and I've bought a lot of stuff there...DR coilovers, N-fab step bars, Edge programmer, exhaust systems, wheels/tires and a few other things from them over the years for various vehicles.

For all of these transactions, they were helpful and willing to deal on the price...that is my only advice if you buy from them, negotiate on price. They will usually price match as well.

Good Luck!!! I'm hoping for the same. I ordered my 18x9 7005's from 4WP on 8/15. Been given several ETA's since then. I called yesterday, since my last ETA was end of November, and was told "sometime" in January.

In all fairness, when I placed the order they did tell me it could be up to 90 days, but the changing ETA is driving me nuts. These are the only wheels I want, they had the best price I could find, so no choice but to wait it out.
