:o i have a 02 4wd supercab w/ the fx4. i know that the 02 harley davidson editions came stock w/ 20x9" rims and 275/45r20 tires. my (possibly dumb) question is can i fit that size rim/tire on my truck w/out any complications?

Yes, they will fit but that small of a tire will look a little odd on a 4x4. I'd go with at least a 305/50-20 tire and remove the oem lift block from the rear and back off the preload on the torsion bars to lower the truck some.

 

thanks wandell. ive read alot of your posts, and you seem pretty knowledgable. if i go with the 305/50-20 tire, do i HAVE to remove the OEM lift block and lower the torsion settings? i should mention that ive previously "cranked" the torsion bars to leveling status. based on what youve said, the 275/45-20 tire would probably look even stranger...???

 

No, you don't have to lower the height. I'm just afraid your truck will look like a donk with the tall stance, large wheels and short tires. Have you considered staying with the offroad look and use 20's. There are still some off road style wheels available. You could then use a 305/55-20 (33x12.50) all terrian tire like the BFG AT KO, Nitto Terra Grappler, Toyo AT, etc.
