Machine lug holes to accept stock lug nut

I have a 1999 Expedition/F150 wheel with flat lug holes. My 1997 e150 van takes a tapered lug nut. It looks like the stock Expedition/F150 lug nuts won't screw onto my vans studs(so I've been told). Can I have the lug holes on the rim drilled to a taper to accept my stock lugs? Who would be able to do this? Any ideas?

Have you tried the wheel on the van yet? I'm pretty sure the bolt pattern isn't even the same. F150/Expy=5x135mm E150=5x5.5"
You need to check that before you spend any money on machining the wheel.
