Problems with E-Brake

Lately my Brake! light has been flashing sporadically. Its the same light that comes on when you apply the E-brake. It never comes on and stays on, and it never flashes steady. It just blinks on and off very fast then stays on for a second then goes off for a few days. It sounds like a bad ground on the switch, but I can't find the switch. Any ideas or anyone know where the switch is? My truck is a 2005 F150 Scab 4.6L

Thanks in advance

check your brake fluid reservoir... this warning light pulls double-duty as both the e-brake light and the low fluid light. If you fluid is close to the activation height and you drive around corners the fluid will slosh and the float will drop to a height where the light comes on for a second. When the fluid stops sloshing the light goes out.

If you don't have a leak in the system, then this means your brakes probably need to be replaced. So check the brakes before filling up the fluid.
