help with rim choice

Hey guys,

Currently I have some 20" chrome helo rims on my truck and I have been debating lifting my truck for quite a while lol. I have now decided to actually do it. The only thing I dont know is the offset of my rims so i dont know if they will look good with the lift. I have nitto terra grappler 305/55/20 already.

here are my choices. I will be getting a 2.5" autospring lift.

1. Keep the chrome rims and put the nitto 305/55/20 on them and then get some wheel spacers.

2. 20" rockstars with the nitto tires and the autospring lift.

3. Do option 1 but paint my rims black. IF so, is it even possible to paint my rims. they are chrome but I think they have like a clearcoat on them.

4. Keep the chrome rims but do not do spacers? Wont this look weird? haha

Thanks,
mike.

check out my truck in my gallery.

Could you post a pic or a link? What wheels do you have?

Those wheels do scream "street truck". I'd sell them and go with an offroad style wheel and the AS kit personally.

I agree, go with some Moto Metal wheels or something from the KMC line. I personally think your truck looks good as it sits. I would check out this thread to get some ideas though:
