Does anyone out there have for sale 1997 f=250 light duty 16" 7 lug oem wheels I have tried numerous recycling/junk yards.I don't want to go to the aftermarket route 'cause I like the oem style.I've had to purchase the center covers from Ford at an outrageous price of $59.00!!!

 

I've seen the 7-lug (7x150mm bolt pattern) center caps on ebay every so often. Right now, I only see one factory chrome steel wheel listed there. Keep watching, they do turn up every now and then.

You can search for either F250 LD (light-duty F250) or try F150 7700. In 97 Ford badged the truck as the light-duty F250, but after the Super Duty body style was introduced they rebadged the same truck as the "F150 7700" instead.

They're pretty scarce...not one of Ford's better ideas. ...but they do turn up every now and then. Even aftermarket rims in 7x150 are not very common.

 

Thanks "Bindernut" your response was greatly received..I'v always have problems finding wheels for this truck..But I want to keep the stock wheels on because people always like the way it looks with oem wheels..again thank you
