Is your truck a 2WD or 4x4?

If it's a 2WD, then the rotors come with the bearing pressed in (assuming that is what you paid for) 2WD rotors are way more expensive than 4x4 rotors

The 4x2 has the bearings built into the rotor and is a non lube unit. The 4x4, the bears are separate.

The sprocket type thing you describe is the sensor ring for the ABS system. New ones will have them on there. BTW,,,if your truck was built prior to 11/29/04, like my '05, theres a TSB out there. The front rotors were re-designed to allow more cooling in the fins. Also you get new calipers. (if its still under warranty, or extended warr.) I'm going thru this right now / with very light cracks in front rotors. (19k miles on 05). And these factory ones are Bosh!! Dealer in OK is working with me. Now i'm debating Hawk or Greenstuff pads. (assuming all goes well and the replacement parts come in soon) rossford

Sorry, I forgot about that 25$ nut your supposed to replace. When I called my local dealer about this nut, they said , O, we just hammer the old one back on with an impact gun. The torque on this nut is around 295 FT lbs. Its a self locking nut, supposed to be a one time use. rossford
