285 65 20 rubbing on a leveled 2004 screw

I bought some oem 20's for my truck (2004 screw, 2.5 as level on the front, slight lift on the back with blocks) with some worn 325 60 20 toyos, they were cheap and I knew they would rub a bit. It's time to get some new tires, I want close to 35's that wont rub when my wife insists on turning the wheel full. I think the width reduction with 285 65 20 will be ok, any thoughts? The only tire I found with this size are BFG's.....

I've got them on mine with aftermarket rims, no rubbing what so ever.
