whats the biggest tire you can put on a 02 ford 150 4x4 supercrew

You can fit a 35x12.50 using the oem wheels or 33's using wider aftermarket wheels.

the 35s wont rub without a lift

If you crank up your torsion bars and use the oem wheels, a 35x12.50 will rub the frame slightly at full steering lock. Personally, I'd stick with 33's unless you plan on lifting the truck in the near future.

so a 33 12.50 on the factory wheels?whats the size in the other measurements?

What size wheel? A 305/70-16 is basically a 33x12.50-16.
A 305/65-17 is a 33x12.50
A 315/75-16 is a 35x12.50
A 315/70-17 is a 35x12.50
