biggest spare tire

any body know the biggest tire you can put on your spare on a 2007 f150. i didnt see anything in the search. any help would be appreciated

Are you wanting the biggest spare you can fit in the stock location?

If so, I've heard of some guys fitting 35's in there.

I know you can fit a 35 in the stock location on the 97-03's (I did) but I don't know about the 04-08's.

ya im wanting to put a 35" so i have a full size spare. i might just take off a wheel tomorrow and see if it will fit up in there.

some of that on a 97-03 depends on exhaust lol. mine would touch the exhaust

It absolutely depends on what exhaust your running. With my Maggie SI/SO there's only 3/4's of an inch clearance between the pipe and the stock 18" spare.

Yep, good point. A custom exhasust can interfere.

im dumped before the axle so exhaust is not an issue. i have a trailer hitch mounted (oem) if that interferes

That's your best bet. I've heard it, never seen it. Let us know if it fits.
