Thumbs up Newbie Question Tires

Anyone know if 33/12.5/17 will fit on the stock 17 inch rims on my 99 f150 off road? Sorry to ask sure this has been answered at least 10 times but once again I am a newbie.

The tires will fit the wheel fine, I'm not sure you can run that tire without some kind of lift. I'm not sure on the old body style.

Thanks been looking at 285/70/17 which I am told will be fine the 33-12.5-17 is only slightly bigger I was unsure of the stock rim width I am assuming 8-8.5 so I think so MT Baja Claws should make it look sweeet

Your oem wheels are 7.5 inch wide. The 285's will be a better fit if you plan on keeping the oem wheels.

I think the MTZ is a better tire than the Claws.

I've read somewhat mixed reviews on the Claws on this site and FTW over the years, but most were favorable. Most every review I've read on the MTZ's has been very good. Plus the Claws are a directional tire, which limits your tire rotations.
