One day I went to push in my E-Brake and the pedal just hit the ground. The pedal is loose and I don't know where to begin. Does anybody know a website or just have a 1st hand knowledge of the subject. Thanks

 

The cable is most likely snapped. Look under the truck and see if its hanging anywhere or just follow the cable to see if its frayed. There should be a union or coupler where the front and rear cables connect right under the drivers door. Pull the cable to see which cable has snapped front/rear. You might want to check there first and then look at the cable behind the foot pedal.
