Another dumb tire question

Im sure this has been asked before but...How big of tire can I fit on my '00 F-150(7700)?Im using the stock rims and no leveling kit.

On a 4x4, you can fit up to a 315/75-16. They will rub the frame slightly at full steering lock. On a 4x2, you can fit a 285/75-16 with minor rubbing. These are the absolute largest sizes possible. In both cases, I would go with a size smaller unless you plan on a lift in the near future.

I was just planning on running 285/75/16.Thought they would fit without any rubbing,but I just wanted to make sure.Now if I could find 7 bolt rims...Thanks Wandell
