Of course you will be looking at three areas when it comes to comparing these two tires.

Looks - Subjective. I am partial to the Toyos, but the Graps look good too.
Tread Life - People have been getting more miles out of the Toyos.
Road Noise - The Graps are louder. Some people like that.

Both look great, however the Mud Grapplers are louder and wear quicker.

Both are good tires, but I would suggest to check out the Cooper Discoverer STT

Nothing beats the looks of the mud graps and they are great in the mud as well. That said my dad has mud graps on his 250 and they are in a class of annoying loud that I couldn't deal with. Also gives vibration through the steering wheel at low speeds from the huge lugs. He cusses them on a regular basis for the noise, just waiting for them to wear out so he can swap them.

I just put toyo m/t's on my 150 and they are really quiet for a m/t tire, suprised me. Since I've only had them on a few hundred miles I haven't gotten a chance to put them through their paces offroad, but onroad they are nice.

If you can tolerate the noise I don't think there is a better lookin tire than the mud grap...I just couldn't do it personally.

Snapped two quick pics, 37's not 35's but gives you an idea of what they look like:

Sidewall:

What they look like on the truck and the tread:

Those KM2's are supposed to be great tires, and way lighter than the toyo's. If they were made in the size I needed that woulda been what I went with

Just incase the OP's interested in the KM2's here is a tread shot...they look pretty gnarly IMO:
