Uncleglenny, where you from I'm curious? A little info I think was missed, Nitto makes a 305/70/17 tire Terra Grappler. As far as what everyone's told me about 305's on stock rims, crank both t-bars all the way which ought to level it nice and trim the valance a bit, some do some don't cuz maybe it rubs a bit or not at all, that can be dealt with later anyways. After cranking, get an alignment and boom you're good to go. I wished and hope it happens that Goodyear puts out a Wrangler Silent Armor in 305/70/17, then maybe I'll go to a 305 or be more tempted anyways. I'm hesitant on raising the t-bars as the Bilstiens I put on seem short to begin with, maybe it's just me. Either way, my 285's fit and look great. As far as 315's go, they look great and work great on body lifted trucks, 3"-4" but will still hit at full lock as mentioned (stock rims).

i'm from ontario canada and i havent really looked into nittos kinda had my heart set on the toyos, that being said i just stopped at goodyear to see if they were cheaper and i was shocked, think i'm gonna go with 16 inch helos and 305s i dont mind cranking the t-bars or trimming the valance.

Not from Windsor by chance are ya? Is your truck red? Nitto's and Toyo's are basically the same and I think made in the same building. I'm still himmin and hawing about going up in sizes but you know, a 305/70/17 looks good on these much similar to the 305 16" would.

Damn G.B, ya, good to see ya here. Lots of stuff thats helped me over the years for sure. Try Discount Tire in Michigan too, I go to the one on Gratiot, about the 35000 block I think or the one on 14 mile just down from Oakland Mall in Troy. The Troy one has been good and prices are cheap. Sumbitch, keep in touch there uncleglenny, I've seen you driving, Kyle, the red rocket but from a distance. What better way of spending dough than on our rigs, I've been and now have to invest in gas instead.

Thanks, but negatory on the t-bar crank. These fit no probs but I could see where a 305 would hit. I'm still a ways away from another set of tires and maybe will go 305's with a t-bar crank.
