I put about the same amount on my Xtreme A/T's and they still looked new.

I have a little over 13k on my Pro Comp Xtreme AT's and they show little to no wear at all. I'd highly recommend these tires to anyone, very aggressive loking tire, yet very quiet on the roads.

 

I say the Pro Comps. The pics dont do either tire justice. The X Ats' l are a lot more aggressive than the ATZ's in person. I even had a guy running atz's on a silverado comment on how he will get them over the atz's next time. I have a little over 10k on mine and they are only showing a little wear on them and I havent rotated them one time.
