275/70x18

Here is my dilemma. I am putting on a 2.5" leveling kit, well I wanted to put 325/60X18s on stock wheels but I read on here that will not work. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about a 275/70X18. Is this going to look to skinny and will it look tall enough? I know it wont be as wide as the 325 but I wouldnt imagine it would be any skinnier than the 265s I have now. If this is a dumb idea someone please tell me. Oh also I am trying to stay with the Nittos because they are cheap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's an odd size. The first number is the width of the tire in millimeters, so they will be 10mm wider than you current tires.

I'm in the same boat. I'll probably go with either the 285/65's or 305/60's since they are a little wider.

wandell do you know if 35/12.50X18s will fit on a stock set up with a 2.5" leveling kit? I have seen it on here once but I didn't know if these would rub.

Several members with 4x4's are running 35x12.50's by mounting them on the oem wheels. They will rub the control arms slightly at full steering lock.

I've got 285/65/20 which is a 34.7" tall tire and it fits, no rubbing whatsoever.

The wheels are 9" wide, the tires are about 11.25" wide.

275/70R18 are just over 33 inches tall and 11 inches wide. They look and fit great on my 06 Screw. You will need the speedometer corrected over your current 276/65R18. I am running Hankook's. No lift kit or leveling kit required.

I am running 275/70/18 Nitto TG's on 18x9 Monsters and they look great. Here's a pic. Plenty more in my gallery. Also, they do not look skinny at all.
