Don't kid yourself. An AT in the mud is no match for an MT.

^And don't kid yourself again, a Dodge in the mud is no match for a Ford (whether its an F150, or PowerStroke Powered!)

Back to the thread, I think BFG A/T's will be what works best for me. My dad has Toyo A/T's on his work truck (its a chevy ) and I just can't say I really like them. Plus it looks kinda funny saying "Open Country" on the sidewall. The Toyo M/T's get really good reviews from users on this board, I will just have to look at both treads in person. Its probably going to be A/T's though. Now to decide what size. I have not seen it on the internet, but does anyone know if they make a true 33x12.50 to fit a 16'' rim? I have only seen 17's on BFG's website. If not I guess I am stuck with 285's

I agree with JMC here. The bfg at is no mud tire. Guys say it is, but if you get in a true mud hole they look like big smooth basketballs pretty quick. This only proves that most off-roading can be handled with a somewhat aggressive at tire.
