Exclamation Just Need A Quick Answer!

This is my last question before i buy but i just want to make sure. Is it possible to get 305-70-17 with a 2 inch leveling kit and this would be on the stock rims. I think these tires roughly come out to 33.9 inches. I don't know if i have enough backspacing or if the tire will rub. I definitely do not want the tire rubbing. If someone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

you should be able to fit up to a 35-12.5-17 if you wanted with the stock rims but you don't want one with big side lugs or they might rub on control arm so yes they should fit fine.slight trimming with a knife on inner fenderwell may be necassary but is simple and will never notice.

Wandell out of all the tires what do you think are the best tires. Also, does getting the 305/70R17 affect the gears because i saw people talking about the fact that they had changed their gears. I know that you have told me that the 305/70R17 will fit (probably getting pissed) but do you know why people get the 2.5 kit instead. Do you know the overall height of a truck with these size tires. You have no idea how much i value your expertise. Thanks!!!

The only 305/70-17 tires I can think of are the Maxis Buckshots and the Goodyear MTR's, which are both good tires.
As for leveling kit size, most people want to just go as high as possible.

Nitto does not make that size because on the website it says "LT305/70R17 E 125R" http://www.nittotire.com/#index%2Eti...appler%2Esizes
I am new at this so i definitely do not want to get it wrong and your the best at it so just need myself to feel good about these little things before i invest. I do appreciate your time.
