I have an 02 silver scab, I recently put a 3" spindle lift on top of my 1.5" coil spacer, and 2" rear blocks which maybe getting changed soon. Any way I really want to go with BFG A/T's 305/65R18 as I feel they are the best looking and performing AT and I think that size is perfect for my truck. Here is my dilema the spindles did make the front wider but not as bad as I thought, anyway I want to get a black or black w/ chrome/machined accents or lip but I am not sure what backspacing or rim width to get. I would like to get the back wheels atleast at the body line or maybe a bit more but still have to be very conservative because I dont want the front too wide. I think the spindles require a wheel with about 4.5" of backspacing. I also want to make the tires as square as possible (not too wide of a wheel that bows out the sidewall). What is the backspacing on the 03' stock FX4 silver 5spoke wheels...thats what I am running now. Is any 18x9 wheel with 4.5" of backspacing going to work or will that increase the width too much? Thanks!

 

I'd look for an 8 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of bs. I'd start by looking at the manufacturers websites and then shop for the best prices. I can't think of a particular wheel that has these specs off the top of my head.

The FX4 wheels are 7.5 inches wide with 4.5 inches of backspacing, so you are only looking at a wheel that would stick out 1/2 inch more.
