Vibration

Hello,
After driving Chevy trucks for thirty years, I just bought a 08 F150 Super Crew. I like this truck, but the braking is not as good as I am used to.
This truck has 250 miles on it and today I started experiencing a vibration in the brake pedal while stopped at traffic lights. The vibration is not there during the braking, It starts after I am stopped.
Before I take it in to the dealer, I thought I would ask if anyone has had this problem. It may be an engine vibration I am just feeling through the pedal. Any ideas?

That's kinda weird, but should be looked at by a dealer. I've only ever fealt that during braking, say air in the lines or warped rotors etc. It's hard to figure out from this angle, take it to the dealer and let them mess with it. Hell, compare against another.

Thanks for the reply. I believe I have found the source. It's been warm here in Texas and have been running the A/C. Today at a stop, I turned the A/C off and the vibration is went away. Turned it back on and it came back. So I think I have an A/C vibration that is transferring through the brake pedal.
Will get it back to the dealer.

I would say ya ok, the a/c engaging in and out would cause a slight draw on the engine, maybe choking it a hair but nothing to be noticed. That's what warranties are for. I envy you needing the a/c.
