What is this problem??

Hey guys I got a set of Mickey thompson BAHA ATZ's about a month ago w/ a 2in level kit..... When I go around 55mph my truck shakes bad and it is from the back. I can see the bed of my truck shaking violently in my mirror. But if I go faster or slower it will stop and be smooth again. The place was suppose to do a balance and alignment on my truck after the install. Is this my tires or something else??

sounds like your tires are out of balance. take it back and have them re balanced.

if that doesnt work then you might have a tire with a bad belt! although very uncommon it is a possibility. i have never rode on a bad belt but i know it will shake your brain loose!

Since you have an 05, make sure they do a road force balance. Very important when you are getting vibration on the 04 up.

Truck is prolly way to new for the U-joints to go, but you may have them checked as well. I had an Explorer that would shimmy bad at 55, and it was a bad U- Joint.
