2WD tire size

i know this has been beaten to death, but a search didnt come up with my answer. i have an 06 2WD SCrew with a 2.5 AS OEM 20s. what is the biggest tire i can put on without any cutting, modding, etc? i am looking at a 275/65/20 which is only 2in more than i have now, the oem 275/55/20.

Personally, I'd go with a 305/55-20 (33x12.50) but one of the narrower (285mm wide) 33's would be my second choice.

i really thought about the 305/55/20, but i have heard alot about rubbing and i dont want that. i an not looking for a mud or super AT tire. right now the wrangler ats are pretty cheap in the 275/65/20 which is a 34x11. 12in wide is about all i want to go. so you think a 285/60/20 is your second choice?

I think with the 2wd and a leveling kit, 33" is about as large as you can go.

I have 285 70R 17's on stock wheels and tow a 27' TT. Never had a single rub. I would like to put wder wheels on though. Anyone have pics with this size on wider wheels?
