I bought a set of chrome 18 lariat wheels last summer for my 06 supercrew 4X4. (new take off's) with the 265/60 - 18 tires. They were the same height as the 17 tires that came on the truck. I think these was from a 4X2. I'd like to put larger tires on. Are the rims the same widths on factory 4X4's and 4X2's?

Those 2 particular wheels are the same width. 7.5" wide with 5.5" of backspacing.
