05 ABS ECU replacement question
The dealer has checked my truck and says my ABS ECU is bad. Close to $400 where I live!! The old number is 4L3Z-2B373-BA and has been changed up to 6L3Z- [same ] Question: Does it have to be that exact number to work correctly? I have found some E-Bay and NOS units but they end with -AA
