For towing my 5er? 9500-10K lbs...should I be at 80 on the rears? All 4's?
If your tire is rated 65psi max, I would try 58 to 62psi on the rear's, If 80psi max try about 74 to 76psi. On the front's cut it down about 5 to 7 psi. Towing in the hot summer try to keep a little more pressure than in the colder month's. Get your rig on a scale loaded down and get a weight on the front and rear axle to see where most of the weight is concentrated. The max psi on the sidewalls are only for max loaded weight's and not for everyday driving.

I figured but thought I would ask. I also run E rated tires and usually (when just driving around town) I will keep them at roughly 40 PSI . When i tow I will load them up to around 60 - 70 PSI (i have never run 70... but you can haul a whole lot more then me so... you might want more air pressure). Just my 2 cents. And sorry it took so long for me to respond.

Thanks for all the help fellas...

I did get to run them at 70mph today, I was pretty impressed with 2 things. The ride comfort was good and secondly, surprised my tire guy balanced them well. Next mod for me....Bilstein shocks.

sorry to bring this back to the top. had to share a story.

I was duck hunting in OK this past weekend with the new tires, all i can say is WOW, they do what they do. I would have been still sitting there with my old stock conti's. One of the guys in our group had to park almost a mile away from the blind and i was parked about 200 yards from it tucked under some trees....he was shocked to see a truck there and when the sun came up he was even more shocked to see that it was a PSD. I gave him a lift back to his truck....a Chevy 2500.

They do hold rocks...flung some off after about 20 min on the highway but other than that, I couldn't be more pleased.

this right here is what i love about BFG, for both their AT and MT. They look great, wear great, but most importantly, PERFORM great. most other tire companies cant say that about both.

I hope to come back down to Waco soon after the new year to get another hat started. Going for the 100X at Standard....will take them up to a month to get it built.

Merry Christmas bro...

right on, I forgot to add that on my drive up I ran 70-75 mph, when I came home I was running 80-85 with a max speed per GPS of 92.
