Lightbulb New Tires

I drive a 2005 F150 XLT SuperCrew 4X4. The stock tires that came on the truck are 255/70R17. I was looking at putting on 285/70R17 BFG AT KOs. Does anyone else have this set up or will this require a lift?

Thank you in advance for your help.

they shouldn't require a lift at all and would fill the fenders nicely
but why dont you just got a 2.5" leveling kit and some 35's cause it'd look even better...

Thanks for the replys. I was thinking about the leveling kit with 33' or 35' but I really like the subtle look with the full fender wells. Thank you for your help. Website is very informative and helpful.

285/70-17's are essentially a 33x11.50-17 tire.
