When I hook up my parking brake cable on the PS drum brake it slightly engages them so it drags. I'm not seeing any cable adjustment anywhere, is there an adjuster that I'm not finding? I looked at the pedal but didn't see anything. And yes, I adjusted the shoes in all the way.

 

there isnt an adjuster for the E- brake, the only adjuster is the star at the bottom of the brakes.

Check and make sure you have everything setup properly and the brakes adjusted right. In the end your pads shouldnt be adjusted in as far as they can go.

If your brakes are adjusted right then ur E brake should work just fine.
