Question How can I make the raised lettering white?

Is there any type of dye, stain, paint, whatever that works well at getting the raised letters white?

I really want Nitto Terra Grapplers, but I'm also a sucker for white letters.

I saw something at Wal Mart today that's supposed to clean white lettering on tires, but can't remember the name of it... so the short answer is: yes. How good the stuff works is another matter, and since I haven't bought my BFG's yet, I don't know.

This is what I use.
Cheap, available everywhere and if you don't like how it turns out you can give them to your wife.

Actually, I think hes asking for something to turn raised black letters into raised white letters, not trying to clean existing white letters. As far as painting the letters white I don't know of anything that would hold up.

Oh...in that case if you choose the SOS Pads, you gotta scrub a helluva lot harder.

Nitto Terra Grapplers dont come with white lettering, so Im guessing you want to put white letters on. If im right, they make a pen in a few colors that will fill in the letters on the tires. Not sure of the name but I saw it an a few of the Saturday truck shows.

yeah I'm going for making the non-white letters white.

I love the look of Terra Grapplers, but white letters are certainly necessary

Thanks for the link to the Tire Pen. This will do exactly what I want. I've been debating between the Terra Grapplers and Yokohama Geolander AT/S's for awhile, and now I can go with the Terra Grapplers

(Yokohamas had white lettering, Nittos look cooler)

I here ya on the white letters. That is what made me stick to the stock tire size and nothing bigger. Wanted the white letters and the tire I wanted anything bigger unless a 35 they did not offer it. As far as that paint pen I have seen that also and looks like it would work good just not how long it would last.

Harley Davidson sells lettering pens in several different colors made specifically for tires, might want to check it out.

You got to stop scrubbing so hard and read the whole thread.
