I'd say go with 4.56's. However, you really have to take into account your powertrain and how you use your truck.

It is my only vehicle for the time bein. So i want to keep it somewhat everyday driveable. Although i want to take it muddin and trail ridin so i want somethin that is good for that too. I have the 2000 with the 5.4. I think the trans is the 4R70W but i would have to double check to be possitive.

I went from 3.73 to 4.56 with 35's and would probably do it again but would seriously think about 4.88's. I would have been very disappointed with anything less as my highway rpm's aren't bad and it easily pulls to speed but if I had to hedge one way it would be for more low end.
