Backspacing question

right now I have 35" MTZs on stock rims with a leveling kit. I eventually want a 6" suspension. Since my stock rims have 5.5" of backspacing I know I have to stay close to that for them to work with the leveling kit alone. Would a wheel with 5" of backspacing work with both the leveling kit alone and when I decide to put the 6" lift on? I just dont want to have to get the lift and wheels all at the same time. Thanks

It will depend on the width of the wheel. An 8 inch wide wheel with 5 inches of bs will probably work with you current setup. If it's 9 or 10 inches wide, you are gonna have some rubbing with 35's and a leveling kit.
