I called my local tire company and ordered this tire. He said that this is a NEW size pro comp came out with and it wouldnt be available for about a month or so. I said well since I ordered them NOW I should still qualify for the buy 3 get 1 free deal? He said ONLY if the come in before october 31st because thats when the sale ends. I said thats CRAZY if I ordered them during the promotional period I should get the deal still. It sounds like he's blowing smoke up somewhere. I need another dealer to check this out. Any suggestions?

i dont see why you cant go ahead and pay for them. most places around here in southern miss make to prepay for special orders anyway. kinda covers the shop if you dont come and get them.....

 

I want to get them quicker if I can. Ive waited 2 months trying to figure out my best set up, and i finally come up with a plan and I gotta wait another month.
They never mentioned if I prepay I'll get the deal

 

they might not be available through his distributor. That could be why he says they are a "new" size. That size has been out for a while now. At least 7 months to my knowledge, and probably longer. Whats he charging you?

 

and if you order them now you should absolutely get the deal. Tell him you will take your business elsewhere if they don't. You can get the same deal just about anywhere with less hassle.

Your right about that. Thats why I 'm glad I didnty give him any money. I want them sooner or at least assured I'm still gonna get the promotional deal if they arrive after october 31st
