Pro Comp Wheels

Anyone running these?? I was excited to find a wheel that I liked that's actually available to fit my truck.

Just asking about the quality, finish, and overall satisfaction of Pro Comp wheels. Looking at getting the 6001 wheel...or maybe even the 9001 'black' chrome just to do something different!!!

Kinda pricey though, but typical of anything else I guess.

Oh yea...if anyone knows of any other brand that makes a 20X9 to 20X10 in a 5X135mm bolt pattern, let me know. Moto Metal doesn't even have anything I could find,

I've got the procomp 8069 17 inch wheels, and they are working well. i've only got 1k on them so far, but the fit and finish are great.

i don't know anything about the wheels you are looking at, but the one's i've got are great.

4WheelParts isn't the only place you can get Pro Comp wheels is it?? Haven't found them anywhere else.

Helo makes a 20x10 Maxx 6 in 5x135. The only wheel Moto Metal makes for our trucks is the 956.

Thanks...I want to avoid 4wheelparts if at all possible and was hoping Pro Comps wasn't like some 4WP exclusive item or something. Thanks Brian...that Maxx6 isn't too bad. The HE835 is my favorite wheel but no joy on the bolt pattern for us.

tell me about it. this 5 on 135 business sucks. which procomp wheel you looking at? email this guy sportztrailersjosh@comcast.net and tell him you are from f150online.

i talked to procomp about 2 weeks ago about the bolt pattern and it's more or less being phased out. sucks.

Hey...Josh wrote back to me the next day after I e-mailed him! Awesome. The e-mail, not the contents of the e-mail. Here's what he said...

Right now man those 6001’s in that bolt pattern are hard to come by (I know, I’ve been looking myself). I couldn’t get you a price on a combo because I don’t show having the wheels in stock, but I am going to call procomp when they open up to see if they have any or when they are going to come out with another batch.

Good service...can't wait to see his prices. 4WheelParts says they have a set ready to go but I don't want to buy from them or pay their prices!! Thanks for the tip on this guy though.

Another reply from Josh first thing this morning and check this crap out....

Bad news man. I called pro comp yesterday and they have discontinued the 5on135 bolt pattern. Is there another wheel you are looking at?

Sucks to be a pre-'04 owner!

I have the procomp series 6089 and hate them. They look real nice but I have nothing but problems with them. The chrome has peeled off on 3 of the wheels and I went through hell to get them replaced because the wheel is discontinued. I clean them all the time and they are now starting to rust on the inside if the spokes. So if you want my opinion stay away.
