will these fit

I am looking to put Super Swamper Irok 33x13.5R20 with Gear alloy 712mb "Injector" 20X9 with a offset of 10, on my 2000 Ford Expedition 4X4, will these fit. I do not have a lift either.

They should fit if you crank up the torsion bars and trim some plastic off the front bumper's lower valance.
