Question Help for a UK owner

Hi guys, just a quick question about tyres.

I own a stock 2002 Supercrew 4x4 with stock 17" rims. In the UK 17" M/T's are extremely rare and difficult to get hold of, changing rims is not an option I have at the moment, so I am stuck. I can get my hands on some new 33/13.50/17 Pit Bull Growler Tyres which look awesome but I am unsure if they will fit without any problems. I will at some point lift the truck by 6" and probably lift the body by 2", but as always its cost, i.e. importing stuff from the US. There arent any suppliers in the UK because we make really small 4x4.

Hope you can help,

Many thanks

Well you may want to wait on the tires untill you get your lift then. Because chances are those tires will rub without lift, and when you throw on I guess a 6" suspension and a 2" body, those 33 pitbulls will look tiny, so you may just want to wait untill you get the lift then get some 37's.

IMO, those tires would be way too wide for a stock 7.5 in rim. Save your cash, plan your attack and do it all at once (right the first time)

Yeah, a 13.50 inch wide tire is too wide for the oem 7.5 inch wide wheels.
