Im pretty sure you can do 35's with some rubbing, 33's with very minor rubbing.

If you have a 4x4 you can fit 35x12.50's. If you have a 4x2, you can fit 33's.

I recently installed a set of 305/55/20 (33x12) on the factory 20's. Its an 07 4x4 stock height. I have some minor rubbing on the upper control arm at full lock. I have a friend who has an 06 FX4, he only has the 2.5" leveling kit, he is running 35x12.50 Nitto Mud Grapplers, he is using a 1/4" spacer on the front and still has some rubbing on his upper control arm, but, the Nitto MG has a very aggresive sidewall, the lug sticks out close to an inch on the side. If he ran an A/T tire or a mud tire with a less aggresive sidewall he would not have any rubbing.

X2
I have a 2" leveling kit on my truck and i just put a set of toyo open country m/t's on and my only problem was a little bit of rubbing because of the lugs on the sidewall. I have a 1/4" spacer on the front and now it only rubs at full lock on the control arm, but i barely even notice. Mine are 35X12.5
