too all members there is a con artist on our site. he responds to our classifieds and attempts to send us checks that have thousands more than what we were asking for our products

Yeah dude thats the scam these days. If you try selling anything online especially craigslist youll get 5 scams or more a day saying there from over seas and will write you a check(thats fake) blah blah. You know when something is fishy.
